At THIRFTIFY, we carefully inspect every pair of shoes before listing them. Since we specialize in thrift and pre-owned footwear, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

• Change of mind

• Wrong size ordered

• Personal preference

• Minor signs of wear shown in product photos

Product Condition

All products are sold as described and photographed. Customers are encouraged to review all images, descriptions, and sizing information before placing an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or an item that was significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
